Training Groups - Uphill Athlete

Accountability and shared momentum

Training Groups are designed for athletes who want more than a plan, but don’t need 1:1 coaching. For many athletes, the balance of autonomy and guidance is what allows them to stay consistent and healthy over the long term.

What can training groups do for you?

Training Groups is a complete training system designed to scale high-quality coaching principles to more athletes.

Access to all training plans and programs

Our Uphill Athlete training plans are refined through years of coaching and hundreds of athletes. Pair a plan with our tailored strength and recovery programs for stronger, better training.

Coach Q&As and guest lectures

We hold regular live Q&A sessions with our coaches and host lectures from experts in fueling, altitude, physiology, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Your questions get answered and your progress stays on track.

Private WhatsApp group for athletes

You’ll join a private WhatsApp group where athletes share updates, challenges, wins, and life from the mountains. Community helps provide accountability, encouragement, and a shared mountain experience.

The Uphill Athlete approach to training.

Training is more than just working out.

Our evidence-based approach looks beyond exercise alone. It accounts for sleep, stress, nutrition, and the demands of real life while progressively building sport-specific fitness on top of base aerobic endurance.

This methodology has helped thousands of people move better, last longer, and go farther. From Everest summits to first finish lines, the principles are the same.
If you’re ready to build true mountain fitness, this is where it begins.
