Why we train for trekking
Many people assume hiking fitness comes simply from hiking, but it’s rarely enough on its own. Repeating the same effort builds familiarity, not endurance. Over time, knees ache, backs tighten, and progress plateaus.
We work with hikers who explore the forests and mountains of the Northeast and trekkers preparing for objectives like Everest Base Camp. We help you stay strong and injury-free while doing something the thing you love.
